Mold Design and Repair
NE Thermosets & Plastics Inc. through Hull Industries, Inc. can provide you with the molds you require for your compression press, transfer press, shuttle, automatic compression press or injection molding machine. We can design the mold you need from models, part drawings, or CAD files.
If you are unsure of the right process to use, with our years of experience in the molding industry, we can recommend the right process for you. We can then design the mold needed to manufacture your part.
We work with Hull Industries, Inc. who can do R & D to get the right mold for your molding application. Hull Industries, Inc. can do pre-production mold tuning, and design and build both single and multi-cavity molds.
In addition to new molds, we can do mold repairs. We have the ability to react quickly and perform emergency repairs to get your mold back in production, keeping down time to a minimum
